I'm trying to stay the course with my new eating lifestyle as well. In the first 2-week period (1 week before starting YRG, 1 after) I lost 5 pounds, which was quite encouraging. I weigh in again next week, so we'll see how it goes.

I've certainly already seen some physical benefits. I can breathe more deeply (and I have mild asthma and sleep apnea, so… Continue

Terrick Heckstall

It all started with a warning (Long in coming, I might add)

My name is Terrick, and here is my official story.

I have been a big boy ALL of my life. There was actually a brief BRIEF period when I was skinny, when I was four years old. I was four when I had my first growth spurt, I shot up, but unfortunately, I shot OUT as well.
